Things to Do in Puerto de La Cruz: This is the main tourist centre of the north of the island.

The most famous fiestas are the Carnival, six weeks before Easter each year and the patron saints day, that take place in July, in honour of the Gran Poder de Dios and La Virgen del Carmen.
