Golden Mile Blackpool is the heart of the town and has so much to offer those here on holiday or a day trip to the seaside.
From one end to another you have everything and anything you would want and need on a Blackpool holiday.
Bars, attractions, food and drink, it’s a hub of fun and has a very holiday feel to it.
The main attractions along the Golden Mile are the amusement arcades, I think we all have ventured in places like Coral Island, Funland and many others enjoying the slots and of course the 2p machines.
Family friendly and very nostalgic, even locals like myself still enjoy days out at the amusement arcades.
You also have some awesome bars and places to eat along the Golden Mile.
Velvet Coaster, Albert and the Lion, Shenanigans and the Yates chain are all popular offering a range of meals, fun and if you can grab a table outside, sun traps.
Blackpool Tower is obviously one of the biggest and popular attractions on the Golden Mile, awesome views from the top, a circus going back generations and of course the stunning Ballroom.
Facing the Blackpool Tower is the Comedy Carpet and a great spot to get those photos outside the Tower.
Along the Golden Mile you also have the Sea Life Centre, Blackpool Dungeon, Madame Tussauds and various fortune tellers.
Summer time the Golden Mile is very busy but another good time to visit is during the illuminations which attracts thousands of visitors to Blackpool.
If you want to get a full look at the Golden Mile a tram ride is a perfect way to see it all, we recommend the heritage open top trams for this.
Lined with a stunning beach, three piers and plenty to see and do, it’s one of the reasons Blackpool is and will always be popular!
